A bill to help students that have suffered a concussion to get back in school has passed the Oregon House. House Bill 4140 would require the state to come up with a form that would tell a student what kind of academic accommodations will be made. Democrat Representative Courtney Neron (D-Aloha et al.) says that this bill would help students heal more quickly, and improve learning outcomes. The bill passed the house 54-3, and will now head to the Senate.
