A KLAMATH FALLS WOMAN WILL AVOID PRISON TIME, AFTER A DRUNK DRIVING CASE, WHERE BRENDA TOBIN TURNED HER PICKUP IN FRONT OF AN ONCOMING MOTORCYCLE. THE RIDER, 38-YEAR-OLD TERRY MAXWELL OF BONANZA DIED AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. TOBIN WILL SPEND 30 DAYS IN JAIL, LOSE HER DRIVING PRIVILIGES FOR LIFE AND BE ON PROBATION FOR 3 YEARS. COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY EVE COSTELLO SAYS THAT THE DEFENSE FILED A MOTION TO SUPPRESS EVIDENCE
