6:35 Ryan Coyne, founder of We the People Wine –

Ryan’s wine company isn’t marketing “Woke”, but rather Patriotic! Look at today’s advertising. Corporations aren’t just selling cars and phones and food anymore. Many are also selling a woke vision of America.

American companies are increasingly operating under the impression that to survive in the marketplace, they must kowtow to the woke mob. But can it work?

Entrepreneur and We The People wine founder Ryan Coyne isn’t convinced. He believes most companies are grossly overestimating America’s interest and belief in the current woke agenda, and that marketing around wokeness will fail. Find out more about the wine he sells at

7:35 David Morrison with 5G Free Oregon – David will be testifying at next week’s public hearing investigating the Oregon Health Authority – Here’s the Link: Education Senate 2021-2022 Interim – Oregon Legislative Information System

(From their news release)

Oregon State Senator, Michael Dembrow, Chair of the Education Committee, has scheduled a hearing, September 22, from 2:15-5:00 pm to investigate charges against the Oregon Health Authority of manipulating data in its handling of Senate Bill 283. The final draft report, (released by OHA, Dec. 31, 2020) ignited an international firestorm among scientists, health researchers, medical professionals, parents and advocates. Organizations that include the Environmental Health Trust, Environmental Working Group, Linda S. Birnbaum, Ph.D., D.A.B.T., A.T.S, Former Director National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and National Toxicology Program signed letters to OHA, invalidating the design, implementation and results of the report.

Senate Bill 283 required of the OHA a full review of “peer-reviewed, independently funded” scientific studies of the health effects of exposure to microwave radiation, particularly exposure that results from the use of wireless network technologies in schools or similar environments.” The OHA failed to use only independently funded studies and released a heavily redacted final report bearing no resemblance to the first draft documenting harm. OHA also went against their own established protocol and that of the “public health code of ethics” by excluding animal studies which are standard modus operandi in all scientific institutions and agencies.

Simple and Elegant Recipes from a Chef’s Home Kitchen

Thirty-five years into an illustrious career opening restaurants across the country, of widespread acclaim, and of frequent national TV appearances including judge on Food Network’s Chopped and host of Chopped Sweets, chef Scott Conant has returned home to create PEACE, LOVE, AND PASTA (Abrams; September 14, 2021; U.S. $35.00; Hardcover), his most personal cookbook yet. Meals cooked from simple, fresh ingredients were staples of Conant’s childhood in a New England family with roots in Southern Italy. From his grandparents’ garden to the dinner table, he learned early on to appreciate the nuances of different flavors and ingredients, and the strong connection between food and family.

Focusing on the foods Conant grew up with and the ones he makes for his loved ones today, the book compiles simple, fresh, and flavorful Italian recipes for the home cook to bring to their own family’s table. These recipes are built on the art of cooking for love, fascination with flavors and ingredients, and the simple pleasures of taste and conviviality.

FBI Abuses ‘No-Fly List’ to Infringe on Second Amendment Rights

By Dr. John Lott

Remember all the calls by Democrats to ban people on the FBI’s terror watch list from buying guns? Well, it turns out that those proposals would have affected nearly two million people. Since the Transportation Security Administration announced in January that it was considering adding Jan. 6th Capitol protesters to the U.S. No Fly List, it is little wonder that the list has grown so long. [more…]

6:35 Aron Wagner  from Right Forge – A cancel proof alternative to #BigTech

Read the Fox Business article below about the challenges conservatives face online and how RightForge is , is helping individuals, publishers and campaigns fight back by moving their business away from the companies that are trying to silence them.

The Parler episode was just the beginning. More and more, political and advocacy organizations find themselves censored, shadow banned and deplatformed. They can’t continue to advance their goals if they can’t be found online, which is where RightForge steps in.

RightForge is a full-service technology infrastructure company specializing in high-availability cloud hosting, web development, and protecting online assets for individuals and organizations that wish to preserve an open and free Internet and the American way of life.

Reuters reported last week that, “Over the coming months, Amazon will hire a small group of people in its Amazon Web Services (AWS) division to develop expertise and work with outside researchers to monitor for future threats, one of the sources familiar with the matter said. It could turn Amazon, the leading cloud service provider worldwide with 40% market share according to research firm Gartner, into one of the world’s most powerful arbiters of content allowed on the internet, experts say.”

8:10 Dr. Dennis Powers, and today’s “Where Past Meets Present”

Chris Korbulic: Kayaking the World

By Dennis Powers

Southern Oregon has its share of extreme sports enthusiasts–but Chris Korbulic stands out. The 2004 Grants Pass High School graduate is a full-time extreme kayaker, earning a living from sponsors that include giant Eddie Bauer, film credits (i.e., six years on the Brazilian adventure TV show “Kaiak,” and commercial product tie-ins.

Chris’ parents, Mary and Paul Korbulic (then of Rogue River), are lifelong kayakers. Mary Korbulic paddled the remote Wild and Scenic section of the lower Rogue while pregnant with Chris. Continuing the rafting through infancy, Chris didn’t try hard-shells until taking a summer kayaking class. By the time he was at Grants Pass High, he was kayaking Class V rapids on the upper Rogue. An interest in microbiology brought him to Oregon State University, but his growing love of surviving massive waterfalls took over.

His fame grew with the size of the waterfalls he ran, from a 70-footer on Butte Creek outside Salem to an 80-footer in the Salmon River Canyon. This talent earned him his long sponsorship with Eddie Bauer to explore the world’s most remote rivers. One of Korbulic’s closest calls was in 2010 when he and two others were kayaking the Lukuga River in the remote Congo to be the first to boat this wild, uncharted river that was fraught with crocodiles and hippos.

Korbulic watched in horror as a crocodile snatched their South African guide from his kayak. This Eddie Bauer-sponsored expedition into the source of the White Nile was led by guide Hendrik Coetzee. A 15-foot crocodile bypassed Korbulic underwater, launched into the surface, and snatched his guide, all kayaking within mere feet of one another. Coetzee’s body was not recovered.

His exploits range from Patagonia and Indonesia to Central Africa and the Arctic. He has survived the underground rivers of the Iso Gorge in Papua New Guinea to the ice caps of the Svalbard Archipelago—kayaking over 400 miles north of Norway over glacial ice. Armed then with only a WWII-era rifle, he encountered polar bears and “glacial kayaked”: kayaking glacial waterfalls that thundered over the glaciers.

Over time, he has completed more than 90 first descents on river sections in 28 countries while documenting the journey with camera in hand. His survival of world-class waterfalls, including 120-foot Rainbow Falls in Hawaii, is chronicled in films—including the award-winning movie Kadoma. Named one of the world’s 50 most adventurous men by Men’s Journal and Outside Magazine, a 2016 nominee for National Geographic’s “Adventurer of the Year”, his credits continue.

Still “headquartered” in Gold Hill, Chris lives in a high-roof van searching for adventure.
