7:35 Congressman Jody Hice is currently a Senior Vice President at the Family Research Council and President of FRC Action, a prominent American evangelical activist group and think tank in Washington, D.C. Hice, a Republican congressman from the state of Georgia (2015–2023), was one of the most senior and aggressive Republicans on the House Oversight Committee, and a vocal defender of election integrity.

Founding Member of the House Freedom Caucus

With a FOREWORD by Hon. Ken Blackwell

“When it comes to election integrity, there is perhaps no greater endeavor that is more fundamental for the preservation of our republic. If the voice of the people is heard, and their resolve enacted, both in policy and representation, there is hope for a government “of the people, by the people, and for the people.” –Jody Hice

Congressman Hice tells us elections are not ultimately about who wins or loses; elections are about the voice of the people being heard… period. The overwhelming majority of people can accept the outcome of an election (though they might be deeply disappointed if their candidate loses), but no one should be willing to accept an unfair voting system. Losing a hard-fought election is one thing; but losing by deceit and duplicity is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. If the security and sacredness of elections are ever taken away, no action by the people can change the course and consequences that will result. So, the calling is clear, and the responsibility is undeniable.

6:35 Eric Peters with toda’s “Wheels Up Wednesday” talk on transportation, politics, car reviews!

7:10 Mark Miller, attorney with Pacific Legal Foundation

the Supreme Court hears arguments in City of Grants Pass v. Johnson.

Grants Pass is a case about whether cities can use their powers to manage the community’s health, safety, and welfare to protect public property and solve the homeless crisis or if the federal courts are right that even fining someone for sleeping on public property is unconstitutional. With the homelessness crisis exploding, the Supreme Court should intervene to bring much-needed direction to this public policy problem.

But the more significant question is: how did our country get to where hundreds of thousands are homeless?

Mark Miller wrote an op-ed for Fox News on the case: Supreme Court can fix homeless crisis that government caused. Mark also authored an amicus brief in the Grants Pass case.

6:30 Dr. Carole Lieberman, M.D., M.P.H. known world-wide as America’s Psychiatrist is the host of Dr. Carole’s Couch on, and The Terrorist Therapist® Podcast. She is a forensic psychiatrist/expert witness, bestselling-award-winning author of 4 books – 2 on terrorism and 2 on relationships.

Trump Jurors Will Devour Him & Set Him Up for Final Coup…

“Trump is walking into the Lions’ Den, where hungry jurors are licking their lips, just waiting to devour him! Jury selection did not weed out all those who hid their bias against him because the jury pool in New York was biased to begin with and the court did not allow enough time to research and question them in voir dire.

If a potential juror had it in for Trump, they were easily able to hide it by claiming they could be objective.

At least one such juror was found to have social media posts that skewered him – are we to believe all the others were truthful? Even if a juror wants to be objective, their unconscious bias will override their ultimate decision,” says Carole Lieberman, M.D., M.P.H., Forensic Psychiatrist/Expert Witness/Jury

Consultant and columnist for Front Page Detectives.

7:35 Josephine County Commissioner Herman Baertschiger…a free-wheeling talk on local and state politics!

8:10 Johan Pietila Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Seat 9. Interesting talk on the judicial issues!

8:35 Trevor Loudon, author, filmmaker and public speaker from Christchurch, New Zealand. For more than 30 years, he has researched radical left, Marxist and terrorist movements and their covert influence on mainstream politics. AND Trevor speaks this Saturday at the Josephine County GOP “Patriots Conference”! Info and tickets at

Trevor Loudon’s thesis is that what is commonly regarded as mainstream political policy is in fact driven and guided by hidden subversive elements. The Democratic Party’s consistent defunding of the US military, Medicare for All, the Iran Nuclear Deal, normalization of relations with Cuba, Islamic refugee re-settlement, $15 minimum wage, fracking bans, pipeline shutdowns and the push for open borders policies are all consistent with communist and Islamist agendas.

Trevor Loudon believes that these forces must be exposed and countered, as America’s continued role as a bastion of freedom is pivotal for the future of western civilization.

7:35 State Rep. Dwayne Yunker talks the woke cancel culture…Title IX and other issues in play.

SALEM, Ore. — In response to the U.S. Department of Education’s release today of final Title IX regulations redefining sex in civil rights law, Representative Dwayne Yunker (R-Grants Pass) issued the following statement.

“Replacing ‘sex’ with ‘gender identity’ is social theory with disastrous real-world consequences. President Joe Biden has allowed activists to write the Department of Education’s regulations, much like former Oregon Gov. Kate Brown did, beginning with her gender identity executive order back in 2019. Now in Oregon, a male student has been winning girls high school track races all season,” said Representative Yunker.

“My daughter’s high school track team placed second at state in the 400m relay last year, and is likely headed to state again this year. This nonsense is not compassionate. It’s dangerous. The Oregon Department of Education and the Oregon School Activities Association must change their policies. And if President Biden and Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek don’t put a stop to this crisis, they must be held accountable, both in court and by the voters.”

8:10 Dr. Dennis Powers, retired professor of business law, historian and noted author – with today’s analysis on the SCOTUS Grants Pass case, the Trump Trial and much more.
