2023 Dirty Dozen List Exposes Increasing Dangers Online
Apple App Store, Discord, Microsoft’s GitHub, Snapchat, Spotify, and Others Called Out for Facilitating Sexual Exploitation
WASHINGTON, DC (May 2, 2023) – Tech platforms including Reddit, Twitter, Discord, Roblox, and GitHub are among those on the National Center on Sexual Exploitation’s (NCOSE) 2023 Dirty Dozen List, an annual list of 12 mainstream entities that facilitate, enable, and even profit from sexual abuse and exploitation.
Apple representatives reached out to NCOSE ahead of the list’s release with an offer to renew meetings around safeguarding concerns—it is yet to be seen what steps Apple will take to address the concerns contained within the Dirty Dozen List, but NCOSE is hopeful that Apple will step up its efforts to protect children in the App Store.
“Sexual abuse and exploitation are on the rise and are facilitated by digital platforms. It is past time for tech platforms to stop their products from threatening the safety of children and enabling sexual abuse to happen to people of all ages. Those on our 2023 Dirty Dozen List were included for facilitating a diverse set of sexual exploitation issues including sex trafficking, image-based sexual abuse, child sexual abuse material, grooming children for exploitation, and childlike sex abuse dolls. We call for urgent change from those who made the 2023 Dirty Dozen List,” said Lina Nealon, Vice President & Director of Corporate Advocacy, National Center on Sexual Exploitation.
“Over the past decade, the Dirty Dozen List campaign has instigated major policy changes at Google, TikTok, Comcast, Delta Airlines, Amazon, the Department of Defense, and many other influential institutions. The list exposes practices and products that endanger and harm people and galvanizes the public to press on the named entities to act ethically and promote human dignity,” said Nealon.

Microsoft’s GitHub: GitHub is the go-to place to create sexually exploitative technology. Deepfakes, “nudify” apps, and AI-generated pornography originate on this collaboration platform for software development. “This started from a trip my daughter and I had and we stopped by McDonald’s and this lady [who was] going to a pro-abortion march asked my daughter to join her because she saw she was Black, and she thought she was a liberal Democrat,” Ellison said. “And my daughter very, very nicely said, ‘Uh, ma’am, I’m a Christian and I vote my values.”
“And that was just so interesting to me because I said, why don’t more people say that? ‘I’m a Christian and I vote my values?’”
Ellison told host Tucker Carlson the first lie the Democratic Party likes to tell is that “God won’t hold you responsible.”
The former gospel singer argued Democrats want the public to believe that there is some “severability” between their vote and their religion.
“Romans 14 and 12 tells us we will stand in front of God and be held accountable for everything that we do in our lives,” explained Everett.
He highlighted how a majority of House Democrats voted against legislation that would require immediate medical attention for babies who are born alive after an attempt was made to abort them.
The “25 Lies” author added that the party also does not want to be responsible for pushing puberty blockers and transgender surgery for minors.
“They want you to castrate little boys and cut off the breast of little girls. And they’re telling people they’re not going to be held responsible for this? That is a lie. The Democratic Party is an evil institution. They are controlled by a cabal of perverts, liars and psychopaths,” said Everett.
“If you want to know what evil is, I’ll make it easy for you. Anybody that intentionally harms a child, even Jesus Christ, the greatest human being [who] ever walked this earth, said, ‘If you harm one of these little ones, it is better that a millstone be tied around your neck and you be thrown into the sea.’ Well, I hope some of these Democrats can swim.”
BIO: Vince Everett Ellison was born on a cotton plantation in Haywood County, Tennessee. His parents at that time were sharecroppers. Through hard work and a belief in Jesus Christ, his parents pulled him and his seven siblings out of poverty. As Title 42 Ends, DHS Plans to Accommodate Expected Surge of Illegal Immigration, Rather than Prevent It, Charges FAIR
(April 27, 2023, Washington, D.C.) — The following statement was issued by Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) in response to the Department of Homelands Security’s plan to deal with an expected surge of illegal migration when Title 42 ends.
“For months, the Biden administration has been pressed to present a plan to deal with even greater surges of illegal immigration after Title 42 is formally ended on May 11. Today, the Department of Homeland Security finally rolled out a ‘plan’ that amounts to the same failed policies that resulted in record levels of illegal immigration, only on steroids.
“Today’s announcement by the Biden administration, billed as ‘sweeping new actions to manage regional migration,’ does not even make a pretense that it is designed to prevent or deter even larger numbers of migrants from entering the country. Rather, it is a massive scheme to process migrants and disburse them around the country as quickly as possible.
“The effort to ‘manage’ even greater levels of illegal migration further abuses parole authority to admit people who do not have visas and creates new regional processing centers that serve as assembly lines to move people into the United States. By the administration’s own estimates, the number of migrants attempting to enter the country when Title 42 ends could reach as high as 18,000 a day – or about 540,000 per month.
“DHS’s plan claims that migrants who cross the border illegally will be subject to expedited removal, but that is a hollow threat that is designed to convince the American public that they are attempting to enforce immigration laws, which they have adamantly refused to do since the day President Biden took office. It is not a plan to deter illegal entry. In reality, it is an open invitation to foreign nationals to make specious claims for asylum, under which they will be allowed to enter the United States while they wait as long as ten years for a hearing on their cases.
“The plan also includes expanded abuse of presidential parole authority to admit people from a growing number of countries who have family members in the United States. Parole is not a lawful pathway for immigrants. We already have that—it’s called a visa.
“The DHS plan amounts to a massive and illegal scheme designed to accommodate unlimited numbers of migrants in defiance of the department’s statutory obligation to deter and prevent illegal immigration. It is the same failed strategy that has already resulted in more than 7 million illegal entries in just the first 26 months of this administration. Expanding these policies, as the DHS plan proposes, will do irreparable damage to the country that will be felt for generations to come.”

Just to name a few of many Oregon fires last year!
As soon as these fires were over, the media buried the stories about the losses and carnage. Jackson County was very lucky last year. The fuel loading will be very high and without a functioning natural herbivory, the risk of catastrophic wildfire will be high.
This year is set to be worse yet with all the vegetation that is being supported by precipitation in the absence of Nature’s KEY wildfire fuel reducers, native herbivores: deer, elk and wild horses, all of which work in harmony with each other and make wide regions of landscape wildfire resilient.

The Metro Nashville Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have had the writings of Hale in their possession as part of the investigation into the murder of three 9-year-old students and three staff members at the Covenant School on March 27.
Some Tennessee lawmakers, such as Rep. Tim Burchett, have been calling on law enforcement to release the writings with the hopes they will provide answers for victims and a grieving city.
Although the FBI and MNPD have been processing the information, they have now moved closer to releasing the writings to the public.
The investigation has advanced to the point that writings from the Covenant shooter are now being reviewed for public release,” MNPD’s Public Information Office told WZTV. “That process is underway and will take a little time.”
Despite the support by some for releasing the materials, others believe they should not be released unless the information is helpful.
Metro Nashville Councilwoman Courtney Johnston previously spoke with WZTV, stating that while she is not involved in the investigation, law enforcement personnel she has spoken with say the manifesto “keeps them up at night” and the Covenant shooting was “a small sliver” of what Hale wanted to do.
Johnston clarified she is not part of the investigation in any way and has no control over what police and the FBI choose to do with the writings. She believes if it can be helpful then it should be released but if will cause harm then she questions the value of releasing such materials.

Fed up with skyrocketing prescription drug prices, there’s a new effort by an Oregon lawmaker to do something about it. Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) is leading the charge to change how pharmaceutical industry middlemen operate.
A new poll of Oregon voters finds that an overwhelming bipartisan majority agree and want lawmakers to regulate one of the main causes of high prescription drug prices costs – Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs).
PBMs are middlemen who profit the most from high drug prices. They are the companies between drug manufacturers and patients’ health plans who – instead of lowering drug costs as initially intended – work to increase revenues at the expense of local pharmacies, taxpayers and patients. Prescription drug prices have skyrocketed in Oregon – name brand drugs used to treat cancer, diabetes, and asthma increased as much as 73% between 2015 and 2020.
