 7:35 Hans von Spakovsky is a Senior Legal Fellow and Manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative at The Heritage Foundation. Hans and John Fund are co-authors of  Our Broken Elections: How the Left Changed the Way You Vote.

 Behind the deeply contentious 2020 election stands a real story of a broken election process. Election fraud that alters election outcomes and dilutes legitimate votes occurs all too often, as is the bungling of election bureaucrats. Our election process is full of vulnerabilities that can be ― and are ― taken advantage of, raising questions about, and damaging public confidence in, the legitimacy of the outcome of elections. This book explores the reality of the fraud and bureaucratic errors and mistakes that should concern all Americans and offers recommendations and solutions to fix those problems.

7:10 State Senator Art Robinson – We discuss his passion for science and research, the state of “The Scientific Method” these days during Covid. Art also weighs in on the GOP senate leadership changes and his take on the political direction heading into the 2022 elections.

 8:10 Jorge L. Contreras received his law degree from Harvard and teaches in the areas of intellectual property, science policy, and genetics law. He has served on high-level government advisory committees and testified before Congress on patent law matters. His articles have appeared in ScienceNature, and leading law reviews; he has been featured on NPR, PRI, and BBC radio; and his opinions are cited in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Economist, and the Washington Post

 His new book is  THE GENOME DEFENSE: Inside the Epic Legal Battle to Determine Who Owns Your DNA (Publication Date: October 26, 2021; $27.95), Jorge L. Contreras, one of the nation’s foremost authorities on human genetics law, takes a deep dive into the case, recreating the gripping courtroom drama that unfolded and illuminating the many legal, ethical, and moral layers of the controversy, from the labs and boardrooms of biotech corporations to the protests against government regulation to the lives of the ordinary citizens at risk for cancer who stood the most to lose—or gain—from the outcome.

In Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) v. Myriad Genetics, the ACLU filed its first-ever patent suit. It sought to invalidate several of the Utah-based biotech’s patents covering two human genes known as BRCA1 and BRCA2. Myriad had used the genes to build a lucrative business, charging exorbitant fees to test women for genetic variants that pointed to a dramatically increased risk of breast or ovarian cancer. There has been a longstanding unease in the scientific community over patenting complete human genes, and many regarded Myriad’s patents and the business strategies it used to exploit them with varying degrees of discomfort, shock, and outrage.

7:10 Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet MD President and CEO of the Truth for Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity.

Today we discuss “Caught on Tape”, an explosive Press Conference event presenting shocking recordings of Arizona hospital executives discussing coordinated plans to restrict fluids and nutrition for hospitalized COVID patients, suppression of all visitation for COVID patients while in hospital, denial of vital medicines and more.  Actual prisoners in America are given more rights than COVID patients in America’s hospitals.

The event is today Wednesday October 27 at 9am Pacific Time for “Stop the Shot! Caught on Tape…” Video Press Conference live-streamed by Life Site News. For a link to participate, email

Elizabeth Lee Vliet, MD, President and CEO of the Truth for Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, moderates the Press Conference, featuring Attorney and Patient Advocate Ali Shultz, exposing Arizona hospital executives’ collusion harming patients.

 Attorney Lauren Martel, who focuses on Constitutional and civil rights advocacy, describes abusive behaviors toward hospitalized COVID patients, and hospitals’ neglect of medical care leading to multiple patient deaths in South Carolina hospitals.  Whistleblowers have also uncovered different cycle threshold standards for PCR tests for vaccinated vs unvaccinated ER patients leading to higher false positive rates in unvaccinated patients.

Shultz and Martel are members of the Foundation’s Legal Advisory Council headed by Attorney Tom Renz. All are assisting the Foundation’s medical team in the trenches dealing with hospital abuses as they help family members desperate to get their loved ones out of the hospital to save their lives.

LifeSite co-founder John-Henry Westen will provide introductory remarks. Presenters include Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Bryan Ardis, Attorney Thomas Renz, and family of patients who died after being denied requested medical treatments.  Shocking medical tyranny stories show how COVID patient’s rights are violated daily, discriminated against, abused psychologically, and held in isolation with chemical and physical restraints while life-saving care is denied.

Truth for Health Foundation attorneys and physicians continue their exposé of horrific hospital violations of human rights, including violations of the Geneva Convention codes, established following World War II to prevent abuses of prisoners:

  • Coercion to use Remdesivir for all COVID patients, regardless of the risk of this drug for kidney damage and death.
  • Restriction of fluids and nutrition that further impairs patient’s lung function and oxygen delivery to critical organs.
  • Manipulation and coercion for families to agree for patients to go on ventilators, which have added incentive payments and create huge profits for hospitals.
  • Denial of anti-inflammatories, such as corticosteroids, which further damages lungs.
  • Denial of anti-virals, antibiotics, and therapeutic doses of “blood-thinner” medicines.
  • Denial of access to patients by family, pastors, priests, rabbis, and attorneys.
  • Law enforcement used to deny access to hospital grounds for family, attorneys, and patients’ own healthcare power of attorney agents.
  • And so much more…

Courageous doctors and nurses risk their careers, their licenses, livelihoods and even their lives as they courageously speak out to inform the public with this crucial information.

Dr. Vliet discusses these issues in the following WND article:

7:35 Jackson County Commissioner Dave Dotterer to discuss Jackson County Measure 15-201, which would make the county assessor position an appointed, instead of the currently elected position.

 The Rogue River Gorge and Falls

By Dennis Powers

The Rogue River has three distinct regions: the Upper Rogue, Middle Rogue, and Lower Rogue. For 40 miles, snowmelt and springs from the peaks of the Cascade Rangeincluding Mt. Mazama of Crater Lakefeeds the river through the Upper Rogue from Boundary Springs to Prospect, as the main tourist route to and from the lake winds with it. The narrow, swift waterway cuts through thick forests of pine, oak, fur, and bank-lining alder, and it carved a steep canyon more then 200-feet deep at times for two miles, the Rogue River Gorge, which is a major tourist stop.

The Middle Rogue runs from Prospect to past Grants Pass, where it widens to more than 150 feet at times. The tributary flows through an ancient valley formed some one million years ago when Western Oregon slowly worked up to form the Pacific Coast Range. The Dakubetede, Takelma, Shasta, and Applegate tribes mingled throughout the areacollectively referred to as the Rogue River tribefor countless centuries before the fur trappers, miners, and farmers settled here.

An easy day trip to visit the beauty of waterfalls, trails, the Rogue, and even the Rogue River Gorge is to head from Medford towards Crater Lake on Highway 62. Driving past Eagle Point to Trail and Prospect–about a 1-1/4 hour drive–one can see the waterfalls and river.

Waterfalls are seen by the Prospect State Scenic Viewpoint parking lot off Mill Creek Drive just outside of Prospect. Mill Creek, Pearsony, and Barr Creek Falls are the top three, along with the Avenue of the Boulders (house-sized boulders that were thrown from the Mt. Mazama eruptions millennias ago). Upstream from these is the Rogue River Gorge with two viewing spots.

The most visited of these falls is Mill Creek Falls, where the creek plunges over 170-feet into the Rogue; most of the viewing is from a 100-foot bluff on the river’s west side. The trail from the parking lot to the fall’s overlook is less than a half-mile. About a quarter-mile farther down the trail is Barr Creek Falls, a smaller rivulet that heads 240 feet down a basalt gorge wall to a small Rogue pool below.

This section near the top of the gorge is where the Rogue runs around a series of massive, house-sized basalt boulders with pools and small sandy beaches. The Natural Bridge–lava tubes and water falls south of Union Creek–is where the Rogue showers 300,000 gallons of water per minute through ancient lava tubes. Further ahead is Union Creek and Beckie’s Restaurant (serving meals since 1926, it’s known for its pies made fresh daily). Beckie’s and Union Creek Resort are also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The entrance to Crater Lake is some 20 miles away; although it’s possible to see the sights at Prospect and Union Creek, then to Crater Lake and back, it seems easier to take your time and do this in two trips or plan for an evening’s stay in the park (but be sure to call ahead and see what is open or not at that time.)

Some “light reading” that I read on my vacation that I think is so insightful that I had to share it. It’s from John Water’s Substack, and is a long read but SO worth it. How Fear and Propaganda are used to mold the collective mind. About 30% of the people are literally hypnotized by the narrative to the point of “deifying the error”. 40% go along to get along with it, while about 30% resist the programming. That 30% of resisters MUST remain vocal in order to save us. Link to John Walter’s Substack is :

The news propaganda channels collectively wring hands and deliver Jackson County Health’s latest “grim milestone” of 300 Covid deaths. Not to take death lightly, but destroying rights, education, liberty, people’s jobs and employment opportunities, economies, and social cohesion over 300 deaths…300 out of some 221,000 people over almost 2 YEARS, is proof that most Oregonians are stupid about numbers. Yep, innumerate, having no concept or understanding about what the numbers mean in the grand scheme of things. During the same period you can figure 900 people died of cancer, roughly 600 of heart disease, several dozen suicides. And then you’ll have the stupid person who attempts to shut down the argument by fear-mongering “If it saves just one life” or “One Death is too many”. These same dim bulbs conveniently ignore this line of thinking when it comes to abortion. How can this really be about “public health” when authorities exempt themselves, or give their favored union cronies passes? We’re being played, plain and simple. We’ve been played for almost 2 years. C’mon folks, wake up out of the collective hypnosis, would ya’?

7:35 David Horowitz, noted conservative commentator and a national bestselling author. He is the founder and CEO of the David Horowitz Freedom Center in Los Angeles and the author of The Enemy Within, Blitz, Big Agenda, and The Black Book of the American Left and is the bestselling author of I Can’t Breathe

More on David AND THE BOOK:

The Truth about the Black Lives Matter Martyrs

National bestselling author David Horowitz exposes the Marxist strategy behind Black Lives Matter and how to save America from its “white supremacy” narrative before it’s too late

I Can’t Breathe” – These three words rocked the nation in the spring of 2020. The historic eruption of lawlessness and violence that followed George Floyd’s death opened new fault lines in the nation’s cultural and political landscape, threatening a radical reshaping of American society.

Examining the twenty-six most notorious cases of police “racism” – from Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown to George Floyd and Breonna Taylor – Horowitz demonstrates that Black Lives Matter has lied about every one of them in its quest to undermine law and order, fuel race hatred, and destroy America.

Relying on groundbreaking research and dozens of internal documents, Horowitz reveals:

  • Why black lives don’t matter to the leaders of Black Lives Matter;
  • How, in just seven years, BLM became one of the most powerful cultural forces in America with virtually every major company in America becoming their corporate funders;
  • Why BLM is not a civil rights organization and goes against everything MLK, Jr. stood for;
  • Why BLM leaders won’t be satisfied until the West has been dismantled and “re-imagined;” and
  • BLM’s assault on the nuclear family and its indoctrination of American school children.

 The Living Memorial Sculpture Garden

By Dennis Powers

The Living Memorial Sculpture Garden (“LMSC”) is located on the northwestern slope of Mt. Shasta, 13 miles north of the City of Weed, on Highway 97 in the Goose Nest Ranger District of the Klamath National Forest in Siskiyou County, California. The area rests on 136 acres of land provided by the USDA Forest Service (“USFS”), which were replanted with tens of thousands of trees by countless volunteers. The trees are a living tribute to all veterans who have sacrificed their lives in war and peace. The site includes an impressive memorial wall and ten large, metal sculptures by artist Dennis Smith.

Ric Delugo, an artist and Vietnam vet, in the summer of 1987 envisioned a living memorial at first for Vietnam veterans: a dedicated forest grove consisting of more than 58,000 trees, one planted for each American service person killed in the Vietnam War. He explained his idea to a friend, John Sutter of the USFS, who guided the project through the bureaucratic process.

Over time, the concept came to include a broader understanding of war and its effects upon all persons caught up in this. Delugo’s vision included the installation of a series of metal sculptures, and he spent weeks tracking down an old friend and artist, Dennis Smith, a Marine veteran of Vietnam, who had a talent for making large steel sculptures.

In 1988, Dennis arrived in Siskiyou County with $6 in his pocket. At first, all Ric could offer Dennis was a place to live and food. But as time passed, they began getting small donations to buy materials and needed tools.

The LMSC started with the acquisition of the land needed. Soon, this idea took hold within the region, as volunteers donated their time and labor, as well as generous financial contributions for the garden’s creation.

Church groups, high school children, 4H clubs, Veterans groups, and the American Legion, among others, planted more than 90,000 trees provided by the USFS. Further donations enabled the building of the Memorial Wall, including a helicopter sculpture by Dennis Smith.

The Weed/Lake Shastina Kiwanis Club assumed later the responsibility for the LMSG. Each year, two memorial services are held there, one on Memorial Day (May) and another on Veterans’ Day (November). At these memorial services, new names are placed on the Wall. This is an exquisite site that should not be missed. See the website for the images of the sculptures and gardens, which are truly unique.
