We must get serious about climate change physics because its omission in climate lawsuits lets the climate alarmists win, and Montana just lost a big one.

Theory (1) says human carbon emissions cause all the CO2 increase since 1750.
Theory (1) is the most fundamental issue of climate change because this is where climate change politics begins. All climate politics and law simply ASSUME Theory (1) is true.
Andrews (2023) says Theory (1) is true.
Berry (2023) says Theory (1) is false.
The CO2 Coalition and Heartland Institute agree with Andrews, but they censor and ignore the opposition, contradicting good science. Andrews argues for Theory (1) better than they do.
SCC will publish these opposing papers in March.

7:10 Founder/CEO of TUSK, the world’s first truly free speech based browser, Jeff Bermant discusses the racially-tinged comments made by Scott Adams, and whether canceling Dilbert was an unreasonable response.
About TUSK:
The first and only “Freedom First” Web Browser with Uncensored News. Built from the ground up to ensure Conservatives can access the stories that matter. With TUSK, you choose the media outlets you trust so you can browse a news feed with the most relevant stories for you, by you.
Your web browsing with HTTP is not encrypted and is vulnerable to attackers who are eavesdropping and can gain access to website databases and sensitive information. TUSK forces sites to use HTTPS connections when available, protecting your data from prying eyes. These encrypted connections, on both the client and server sides, ensures data security over the network, especially public networks like Wi-Fi.
Jeff’s Company is working on their own search, providing an alternative to the search engines that exist today. We are working on something designed by Conservatives, for Conservatives. And since we don’t censor anyone, you will always have a choice to use whatever search you like

6:15 NumbersUSA Vice-President Chris Chmielenski
The Biden administration is reportedly proposing a new ban on asylum. This is supposed to serve as an example of the tougher stand President Biden is taking on immigration and border security.
NumbersUSA says, “This temporary rule (it sunsets on its own terms in 24 months after becoming effective) really blocks no one who would otherwise be streaming across the border to enter the United States and stay indefinitely. Rather, it simply attempts to make the processing of them more orderly. It is almost entirely aesthetic in nature, like constructing a mansion on sand.”
“The true way to protect and reform the crucial asylum system for bona fide asylum seekers is to stop the abuse of the system by frivolous claimants who clog up and break down the system,” states NumbersUSA.

That Joe Biden would suddenly take a trip to Ukraine on Presidents Day tells you everything you need to know about this corrupt and fake president. He is providing tens of billions of dollars to protect Ukraine’s borders, while he annihilates America’s southern border, leaving the United States vulnerable to waves of millions of illegal aliens, human and drug traffickers. But his Presidents Day failures don’t stop there. Biden is failing to protect the American food supply; the American family; the military, whose size is shrinking because recruiting goals can’t be met; America’s infrastructure, illustrated by the recent train derailment in East Palestine, OH among others; Americans’ physical and mental health; America’s financial solvency with record deficits, debt and inflation; and America’s First Amendment freedoms with the co-option of the media to create a propaganda state and prosecute Christians for acting on their beliefs. Jim Wright, Southern Oregon, and Knife River
By Dennis Powers
With quarry operations off North River Road by Gold Hill and on Kirkland Road in Central Point by Costco, people wonder just how did Knife River come to Southern Oregon. Jim Wright with his family was responsible.
The grandfather on his mother’s side was M.C. Lininger, an entrepreneur who came to Ashland in 1911 as a railroad telegrapher. After being involved in a cannery and later hardware business, he noticed that nobody was providing plasterers with materials. He found a location by Jackson Hot Springs and began making plaster sand that family members after high school classes headed out to screen and deliver. By the late 1930s, they were in the sand and gravel business.
Opening up M.C. Lininger and Sons in Central Point, they delivered materials when Camp White was under construction. Jim Wright worked summers there from the time he was twelve and after graduating from Ashland High School (1958) and SOSC, he sold ready mix and worked in the field “for years.” His brother and four cousins were all involved in the business.
In the early 1980s, Jim became president of the company as it expanded its operations. Owing to a progressive eye disease (retinitis pigmentosa), he later completely lost his vision. Needing to quit driving in 1987, Jim was fortunate that LTM (Lininger True Mix) found a way in hiring a driver to keep him involved. His driver did other company work when not driving Jim, who had enough eyesight then to do “most aspects of his job”.
True Mix (which produced different construction materials in the area) had merged with Lininger’s operations to form LTM in 1988; Knife River then acquired LTM in 1990 with Jim Wright being involved in all stages in the company. LTM as Knife River helped him adapt with screen reading programs for his computer.
Along the way, Wright joined People’s Bank board in 1993 and served our region over the decades with the Asante Foundation, Raider Athletic Association, Medford Rotary Club, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (which helps abused and neglected kids). In late 2022, the Jackson County Board of Commissioners honored him with its Chairman’s Award, an honor given out once a year to the community member that stands out.
Knife River is part of a family of companies, an independently managed and operated construction materials and mining company, now headquartered in Bismarck, North Dakota, as is its parent, MDU Resources (a $5 billion-revenue utility and construction conglomerate). Knife River closed nearly 100 acquisitions since 1992, including LTM.
Knife River in total has 1.2 billion tons of aggregate reserves, 5,750 employees, operates in 14 states (in 215 locations), and has total revenues in excess of $2 billion. It provides construction materials and services, from building roads, highways, bridges and airport runways to driveways. (Note: The Knife River in North Dakota is a tributary of the Missouri River, where “Knife” is an English translation of the Native American name.)
